Order Processing
All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully received, we begin processing and preparing your order for production.
Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
There are no additional shipping charges added during checkout.
Delivery Time
After production is completed, orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the courier may attempt redelivery according to their policies.
Additional charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Serviceable Locations
Currently, we ship only within India. Shipping availability may vary based on courier service coverage.
If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you regarding alternative options or cancel the order with a full refund.
