At Punjabify, every product is made specifically for you after an order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and shipping information before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacement requests only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

The product received has a manufacturing defect.

The product received is incorrect.

The product received is significantly different from the order placed.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

Change of mind after purchase.
-
Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit.
-
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Minor variations in color that may occur due to differences in screen displays.
Since all products are custom-made upon order, returns for reasons other than those listed under "Return Eligibility" cannot be accepted.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Replacement requests must include:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Approved replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:

A replacement cannot be provided.

The item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

An order cannot be fulfilled by us.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not already begun.
Once an order enters production, cancellation requests may not be possible because the item is being custom-made specifically for you.
Lost Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the matter with our shipping partners and determine an appropriate resolution.
